Meal-prep planning with AnyList

AnyList is sick. I use it for both logging recipes for my weekly meal-prep rotation and as a grocery shopping list. I pay $10.80 per year to use the app because it's so gd convenient.

Their browser extension is my fave feature. It can read a recipe post and extract the preparation steps and ingredients, then saves it to your recipes list.

When shopping for the ingredients, you just go to the recipe and select all the ingredients you don't currently have to add it to your shopping list. The shopping list not only includes the ingredients but the recipe each one is used for. As you're shopping you tap on the ingredients to cross them off.

It's also how I remind myself to get things I ran out of during the week. If I use up all my AP flour on a Monday I just add it to the shopping list, and the next time I go grocery shopping I'll remember to get it.
